MEET SHILPI

Integral Educator and Experience-Based Practitioner

I’m Shilpi Pratap—an Integral Educator, artist, and Experience-Based (EB) Practitioner walking the path of conscious living and gentle transformation.

I divide my time between the hills of Madhuban Ashram in Uttarakhand and the vibrant rhythm of Delhi. In Delhi, I run Studio START, a joyful learning space where I teach art to children and host creative workshops for all ages. In Madhuban, I offer immersive retreats for parents, children, women, corporates and educators—spaces where we pause, reflect, and reconnect with the deeper currents of life.

My work is rooted in empathy, deep listening, and a quiet strength. I hold sacred, creative, and healing spaces where people can return to themselves and to each other—spaces that honour stillness, play, beauty, and expression. Whether through art, movement, conversation, or silence, I invite participants into experiences that are both grounding and expansive.

One of the tools I often weave into my offerings is Awareness Through the Body (ATB)—a powerful practice that nurtures presence, clarity, and inner balance. Alongside this, I draw deeply from the philosophy of Integral Education, embodied practices, and the expressive arts.

Every retreat or workshop I create is unique, shaped by the people who come and the questions they bring. Whether I’m working with a small circle of mothers or facilitating a session for a corporate team, my intention is always the same: to help each person explore their inner landscape, unlock their creative potential, and align with their most authentic self.

If you’re seeking a gentle pause, a space to breathe, create, and come home to yourself, you’re warmly welcome here.
